"The natural action of Life, of Nature, is not good or evil,
but your fearful mind will convince you otherwise."
If you observe life from an objective point of view, you would see that it is very impersonal. Essentially it does not contain the polarities of 'good' or 'bad'. Those are polarities man, and his brain, established.
I was watching a news clip of a flood in Italy. It was a small, quaint town with small nice shops and such. Autos parked on the curb along the winding streets through this very nice little town, at the foot of some mountains.
Some heavy rains sent the side of the mountain down, and the WATER uprooted trees and carried soil that turned to mud by the time it reached the nice little town.
The water poured into the streets, smashing into the cars, and piling them high at the end of a street. The WATER brought trees, mud, rock and perhaps animals into its path of destruction as it smashed into the little town, burying people, cars and destroying buildings in its wake.
And yet no one saw the WATER as 'evil'.
The natural action of Life, of Nature, is not good or evil, but your fearful mind will convince you otherwise.
This same scenario has recently occurred in China.
Life is Impersonal. A personal mind that is caught in the polarities of good and bad will never see this. Do not take things personally, but just observe how you feel when you are presented with something. Observe your thoughts, how they will tend to sway one way or another, how the mind wants to say, "This is GOOD, but that is not so good."
