 “TODAY I WILL NOT GIVE MY POWER TO DEPRESSION.”

     Here is a written instruction for your first lesson, Ms. G.

 “TODAY I WILL NOT GIVE MY POWER TO DEPRESSION.”

 

     This will be your mantra for ONE WEEK, SEVEN DAYS.

     Begin every day with this mantra. Say it out loud. Then  sit down and write it out.

 

     Now a few things about writing; it is application of the lesson, the mantra.

     Application means you will PHYSICALLY do something to DEMONSTRATE your willingness to apply the lesson.Often we read and believe, but never apply.

     So now you will have to apply, if you want to be free of this depression.

     When you take an action, your spirit energy is CORRECTLY using your power.

 

     When you do not take an action, your spirit energy is INCORRECTLY using  your power. To use power to not take action means we are using power to DELAY, to PERPETUATE TIME as in I will do it tomorrow.” But remember, unless you have a crystal ball, no one is guaranteed a tomorrow.

     So for application, for action, for writing the lesson / mantra, first find a comfortable place. This place is one to which you will return each day. ALWAYS USE THE SAME PLACE, and preferably do this exercise the SAME TIME.

     The best time is before your day gets busy, first thing in the morning after you wake up. When you do the exercise at the same time and at the same place you are practicing CONSISTENCY.

     When you are consistent then you are giving power consistently to what is productive.When you are not consistent, then you are giving power inconsistently to what is not productive.

     To give power to what is not productive is to give power to what is unproductive.

     To give power to what is unproductive is to give power to nothing.

     To give power to nothing is to do nothing.

     To do nothing is to use your power against yourself.

     To use your power against yourself will make you feel depressed.

 

     Then, depression is the misuse of your own power that you are using against yourself. When you do this, then you will feel depressed.Then you will ask, “How do I get out of this?” But how can we get out of the very condition into which we have placed ourselves???     

     When you spend time in your selected place to write, you are saturating that place with good, positive, productive, consistent energy. Then this place will BECOME A PLACE WHERE THAT ENERGY WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU when you  return. Each time you return there, the energy will become increasingly stronger.

     This same principle applies to unproductive things. For example, when you do the same thing, or think the same thoughts that depress you, while you sit in your chair, then each time you go to that chair that depression will be there waiting for you. Then that entire area will be saturated with depressing energy.People will feel that energy when they visit.

     So consistency can apply to “good” thoughts as well as “bad” thoughts. Yet in reality there are actually no BAD thoughts OR GOOD thoughts. There are only thoughts and what we think and perceive they are.

     So now that you have your place for application and study defined, you now will proceed to applying today’s lesson to those whom you feel are responsible for your depression.

     For example, you will write,

 Today I will not give my power to depression about

L’s departure from this world.”

 

Today I will not give my power to depression about

C’s departure from this world.”

      They are not the cause of your depression. When you feel depressed about them, you are saying they are the REASON YOU FEEL DEPRESSED. But this is not true. You feel depressed because you WANT TO FEEL depressed. And you are using L and C and S to justify WHY you feel depressed.

     Now L and C and S are not in the body any longer. But THEY ARE NOT DEAD because the formless spirit is ENERGY, and ENERGY is all there is in the Universe. They are part of living energy.They LIVE. They will LIVE ETERNALLY, as will you and me and every other person on the earth plane.

     So as I said, anything we think is that to which we give our power. And so it is our responsibility to remove our power FROM those things that are not promoting joy, peace, love, happiness, freedom.

     In the Spirit World, there is freedom, there is joy, there is peace and love, UNLESS A PERSON THINKS dark thoughts in their passing, in which case they manifest for themselves a dark place in the spirit world. And they remain there UNTIL THEY DO NOT GIVE POWER TO THAT KIND OF THINKING ANY LONGER.

     So L said she was ready to go, and she knew somehow that a place of peace had been prepared for her. She may be sad ONLY BECAUSE YOU THINK SHE IS DEAD, and not still alive.

     Can you image if she lived in Indiana and you thought she was dead, all the while she was living a productive happy life? She would be shocked that you thought she was dead in Indiana. It is the same way in the Spirit World.

     Unless we know FIRST HAND DIRECTLY what is in the spirit world when we leave the earth, we cannot be depressed about ANYONE GOING THERE. And MANY are going there now.

     So the reason so many are passing is because there is a new consciousness shift occurring on the earth plane, and people, humans, who are spirits, have forgotten THEY and WE ALL COME FROM SPIRIT WORLD and agreed to be part of this global cleansing of all consciousness. And this is affecting all worlds, not just earth. And so because the spirit has forgotten all this, now everyone is praying like mad to Spirit for help, all the while they completely ignored Spirit.

     So do the exercises.Write them down.

“TODAY I WILL NOT GIVE MY POWER TO DEPRESSION.”

 “Today I will not give my power to depression about

L’s departure from this world.”

 

“Today I will not give my power to depression about

C’s departure from this world.”

      Then continue with,

 “Today I will not hold L responsible for my depression.”

Today I will not hold C responsible for my depression.”

     Then write down everything you feel makes you depressed, and write that you will not give power to depression regarding these things.

 “Today I will not give my power to depression ________________________________.”

     Open your mind to what you are feeling and write it down. When you feel you cannot write anything further, write this final thought:

 “Creator / Holy Spirit I welcome / invite You

into my mind and take all this from me,

that you may find good use for it.

Thank You.”

     Then you may begin your day. Throughout the day should depression raise its ugly head, say to yourself,

THIS IS MY MIND.

I DECIDE WHAT I WILL THINK.

BE GONE, WORMTONGUE; I HAVE NO USE FOR YOU.”

 

THIS IS MY MIND.

GOD CREATED IT PURE.

I WILL NOT FOUL IT BY PLACING IN MY MIND

WHAT IS NOT PART OF GOD.”
